Cloud problems rarely stay in one place. Cost, reliability, security, delivery speed, and who owns the system day to day all trace back to how it was built. We help businesses design new platforms, fix existing ones, modernize older systems, automate the work of running infrastructure, and hand back systems your own team can operate with confidence. Our deepest experience is with AWS, and we also work in Azure and Google Cloud when those are the environments you already use.
Get StartedWe review your current setup, understand the business constraints, and design a practical target system. Whether you are starting fresh, inheriting something disorganized, or moving off your own servers, you get a prioritized plan that balances reliability, security, delivery, and cost.
We help you choose and put in place the right way to run your systems, including serverless, containers, managed services, automated releases, gradual rollouts, monitoring, and the ability to roll back safely. The goal is steady, repeatable delivery instead of last-minute scrambles.
Setting up infrastructure by hand leads to inconsistencies and knowledge that lives in one person's head. We define your infrastructure in tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK, or whichever standard your team can maintain, so it is tracked, repeatable, and documented.
Downtime costs money and customer trust. We design availability and recovery around your real targets for how much data you can afford to lose and how quickly you need to be back online, then test the paths that matter so the design holds up when you need it.
ECG keeps the service mix tied to the actual environment, operating model, and business pressure.
Account structure, identity, networking, logging, guardrails, and operating ownership
Containers, serverless, managed databases, queues, APIs, and service boundaries
Infrastructure as code, CI/CD, release controls, rollback paths, and environment strategy
Availability design, observability, backup, disaster recovery, and tested failover paths
Design choices that connect spend, scaling, usage, commitments, and ownership
Runbooks, documentation, team enablement, and implementation support
We learn your current setup, business goals, and constraints. That means talking with your team, reviewing the architecture you have, and understanding what is truly driving your requirements, not just working through a checklist.
We create detailed designs with diagrams, cost estimates, and a clear plan for putting them in place. You will understand exactly what we are proposing and why before any work begins.
We build your infrastructure as code, following security best practices and your organization's standards. Your team stays involved throughout, so there is no knowledge gap when we hand things over.
Architecture is not a one-time effort. We help you set up monitoring, create cost alerts, and write clear guides for common tasks. We are also available for ongoing improvements as your needs change.

Yes. We help with the foundations: account and identity structure, a security baseline, networking, deployment paths, and your first production workloads. The aim is to start clean enough that you are not paying to undo avoidable problems later.
This is our most common engagement. We review what you have, identify the biggest pain points and risks, and create a prioritized plan to fix them. We can carry out the fixes ourselves or work alongside your team to tackle them together.
We do not believe in making you dependent on us. Your team is involved throughout the engagement, we document everything we build, and we make sure someone on your side understands how to run and change what we have created. We are glad to include training sessions as part of any engagement.
AWS is our deepest area of experience and the usual CostCut starting point, and we also support Azure and Google Cloud when those are the systems you already use. We let the architecture problem guide the work, not a particular vendor.
Cost is a primary concern in everything we design. We size resources correctly, use lower-cost capacity where it fits, design systems that scale automatically, and reserve capacity for predictable workloads. We also build in cost monitoring and alerts so there are no surprises on your bill.
